We require a two week cancellation notice. If you cancel within two weeks of your reservation you will be charged for your room or bunk. All cancellations have to be in writing or e-mail. No phone cancellations.

At Bison Willy's we have a few simple rules we ask that you follow to help make your stay more enjoyable and our job a little easier.

1. Please be respectful of others. Quiet hours are from 10:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M.
2. Clean up after yourself. Leave the place like you found it.
3. Please respect the environment.Keep hot showers to a reasonable length and keep the heat and air conditioning set at reasonable temperatures. Please recycle when possible.
4. Try to be absent from the premises between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. so our staff can attend to there daily chores and take care of any necessary maintenance. Exceptions are made for weather and illness related stays.
5. Please park in the off street parking spots provided whenever possible.
6. If you are traveling with man's best friend please clean up after them.
7. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days prior to your arrival you will be required to forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
